HVAC FIRM recommends that you schedule annually with us to maintain, service and inspect your systems so they run at their peak performance when the winter weather hits. We recommend this service in early fall before it gets too cold outside.

Heat Pump Installations
HVAC FIRM can install and repair heat pump systems. If your system is making strange noises and not keeping you warm, it’s time for our technicians to look at your system. We have the tools and knowledge to repair or replace your system. If your system is over 10 years old, we can discuss options for repair or replacement.

Heat Pump Maintenance
HVAC FIRM recommends yearly inspections and maintenance to extend the warranty and life span of your heat pump system. We clean, inspect ducts, test and do safety controls. We recommend 2 visits per year to help with the extreme heat and cold situations we have in the south. This maintenance can also help keep utility bills low.

HVAC FIRM has a maintenance agreement that includes all you will need on a scheduled contract that outlines every step the technician takes to ensure your systems will run at their peak. This monthly agreement plan offers 20% off all repairs and no extra expenses for overtime or weekend emergencies. Residential
HVAC FIRM also has a maintenance agreement that covers a complete inspection of the ductwork, furnace and compressor systems. Our technicians provide a complete checklist of tasks to ensure all inspections are reviewed. Should you decide to sign our monthly service contract, we provide 2 visits per year, 20% off all repairs and no weekend or overtime charges.
Commercial
HVAC FIRM has a maintenance agreement for commercial businesses to maintain systems up to 15-ton systems. We come a minimum of 2 times per year to clean, inspect and review all wiring to be sure the unit is working at it’s maximum capacity. See our commercial maintenance contract…
